Starting in May 2024, we're migrating our parking payment and permitting services from HonkMobile to ParkEngage. On May 20, new walk-up paystations will be available in high-traffic areas. Permit purchases will remain in HONK until June 20. Get the details.

Portland Parking Garage Hours: Open 24 hours, every day of the week, every day of the year. No holiday or weekend closures. Permit or mobile payment required.
