Telecom Technical Services

Telecommunications installs and maintains all campus fax, phones and data lines. In order to provide prompt service it is essential to follow a few simple steps:

• Always fill out an on-line Service Request Form.
   

• Allow up to 10 working days for Telecommunications to complete your request. 
   

• If you are having TROUBLE with your phone, please call 780-4029. 
  The HelpDesk staff will create a trouble ticket and forward it to Telecommunications.
   

• For after hour troubles, leave your name, telephone number, location, and a brief description of the problem.
