Shockwave

A plug-in for viewing animations created with Macromedia Director. Used in the TLC tutorial.

GifBuilder

A free program for creating GIF animations.

ChemSketch

A chemical structure drawing program.

I-Lab

An Internet based add-on for ChemSketch. It includes an HNMR viewer.

ZipIt

Shareware. ZipIt is a Macintosh program that zips and unzips archives in a format fully compatible with PKZip for the IBM and zip implementations on other systems.

ChemDraw Plugin Net

A plug-in that allows you to draw chemical structures and copy them as SMILES.

ChemDraw Net Viewer

Use this to view files created with ChemDraw.

Chem 3D Plugin Net

This program displays interactive molecular models.

RasMol

A program for viewing molecular structures of molecules of all sizes, including proteins and nucleic acids.

DeepView

A powerful yet easy-to-use program for viewing,analyzing, and comparing the three dimensional structures of biomolecules.

ChemFinder

This program searches a database of chemical information for the name, CAS registry number, or molecular formula of a compound. It returns the structure and physical properties that compound.

QuickTime

This program allows you to view movies.
