A Tribute to Sandy...

Sandra

Just in case you haven't met my lovely wife, Sandra - mother of my children, ruler of my world, soother of my hurts, fluffer of my pillow - then you haven't met the perfect woman. Somehow, about 9 years ago, I convinced her to marry me. I think she's still trying to figure out how that happened. We're learning how to parent together, and it's quite an adventure.

The point here is that I want the world to know how much I adore this woman. She is my lifeboat, my anchor, my ego-booster ... to kind of quote Jerry Maguire - "She completes me."

I'm lucky to have found you, and I will love you forever.

Please don't leave me for Barry Manilow. I think I sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" with a lot more soul than him. Seriously.

Here's a little poem I wrote called "Sandra" -

"Love her through this season,
I begin as the warm rain breezes.
And blossoms turn the eternal day,
like my solstice slowly freezes."

Have a good day!
