images of Bath represent community, social interaction and commence. Landscape changes that have occurred in Bath are great and many. From the home of William King, 1854 (the Patten Free library), donated all of his books.The money was provided by Galen Morse to purchase more books and built the structure that is now the public library.
The Kennebec engine and fire company of Bath that was once located on Washington st. in Bath, and is now located on High Street. it has made huge technological changes from
horse carriages to automobiles. This allows for faster response times, and less property damage. Bath once had almost three engine companies to cover the topography of the land. Now with a more centralized location, multiple
engine companies are no longer needed.
