Welcome to USM’s Lewiston-Auburn College New Student Orientation page!

Orientation at USM LAC is a half-day program developed to introduce incoming students to this USM campus, community, and resources!

During this event, you will meet other students, faculty and staff, tour the facility, be introduced to resources and services, and receive and activate your USM Card.

Perhaps most importantly, you will also meet with an academic advisor to select and register for your first semester of classes!

To assist you in preparing for your orientation session, please visit each link below:

• INVITATION: Please respond promptly online to indicate that you will be attending orientation at USM LAC
  
  
• PLACEMENT TEST: If needed, register and take the Math Accuplacer© test prior to attending orientation
  
  
• IMMUNIZATION: Send copies of your official health record to USM’s Health Services
  
  
• ACTIVATE: Your MaineStreet account
  
  
• DEVELOP: A list of possible courses to take for your first semester
  
  
• BROWSE the USM catalog
