A great part of what you need to know in order to construct a final project for this course has to do with reading research and critiquing it. While there is a tendency to focus on computer skills in learning to retrieve information from the Internet and to express your work as a home page, the core of your project is still gathering relevant sources, reading carefully, critiquing and expressing your findings.

Please work through the tutorials on Information Competence and post your summary statement to our Discussion Board. In class, we will discuss the highlights of this exercise.
