Branislav Milosevic, 1997, 266 pp.
This is a collection of articles and at the same time a chronicle of the past ten years in Serbian (and Yugoslav) politics. Branislav Milosevic, a former journalist, publicist, and former Serbian Minister of Culture, wrote many of these articles for the newspapers and magazines in Croatia (while it was still possible) and Slovenia, as well as for the Nasa Borba daily. In them, he meticulously traces the growth and spread of the Serbian nationalism, with all the dreadful consequences that it had for the former Yugoslavia. The title of the book implies that there might be another (second) ten years of the rule of the same people that brought Serbia to where it is now, the prospect which is not very encouraging, but must be taken into consideration. This book was published in cooperation with the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia.
