POETRY

These are some poems I am currently studying. I study them because I think they are important and influential not only in my life but for anybody who reads them. Each poem decribes an emotion that is pertinent to the way I feel at most times in a daily basis and they are a function of how many people feel everyday.

So Amazing

Being wit u is like
sittin' on top of a hill
Watching' the sunrise
When I look
Into ur eyes
It's like lookin'
Into the moon's
Night's clear sky
Filled wit stars so bright
Twiklin' wit tremendous delight

Ur voice is
Like the cool breeze of the
Summer's wind.
Ur Love is like
The clam ocean waves genteelly
Flowing onto the beachy sand's
when I'm in ur arms
It's like I near the warmth of the sun.
And when my lips tuches urs it's like
the 4th of July there is notin' but fireworks

II.
When We Two Parted
by George Gordon, Lord Byron

When we two parted
In silence and tears,
Half broken-hearted
To sever the years,
Pale grew thy cheek and cold,
Colder, thy kiss;
Truly that hour foretold
Sorrow to this.

The dew of the morning
Sunk, chill on my brow,
It felt like the warning
Of what I feel now.
Thy vows are all broken,
And light is thy fame;
I hear thy name spoken,
And share in its shame.

They name thee before me,
A knell to mine ear;
A shudder comes o'er me...
Why wert thou so dear?
They know not I knew thee,
Who knew thee too well..
Long, long shall I rue thee,
Too deeply to tell.

In secret we met
In silence I grieve
That thy heart could forget,
Thy spirit deceive.
If I should meet thee
After long years,
How should I greet thee?
With silence and tears.

Sweet Driven Train
I dream of this sight my eyes seem to crave-
of the trees passing by me on this sweet driven train
Where I am headed is so far in the dawn
and I don't look behind me for I'm miles along
all in this instance I'm free I'm alive
Life passes quickly on this sweet driven train
when were froced to our futures
and forkeep all this pain
the sparrow is singing his special melody as
spring comes to life
and turns like the tree the tree made of oak, birch
and...or pine the tree that I claim
this tree I call mine the exact tree I swang or the tree
that I blame or rushing right past me on that sweet driven train
passions, impulses lead to this such
the beautiful sight from this sweet driven train

Meiner Gott
"Escape with me for my secret is hidden
in your constallations." He walks into
the nights brisk Abyss, and down past
the dusk where I await the features of
his gentle spiraled face...
"Nestle into my sheltering heart to begin
what needs beggining." I ask this of my
own Triton to intense the sparks lit from
within his firey depths...
He held me that night as we traveld onward
toward the friendly new world welcoming us
Our presence danced gracefully as if into
an unimaginable freedom.
As the day erected so did thy love,
beaneath our retless bodies...

V.
COME LET US REASON TOGETHER

The Lord said, "Come let us
reason together,"
He will stay by our side to leave
us, never.
His way is the best because He
can see,
He knows our heart, He said,
"Follow Me."

His thoughts are not our thoughts,
we'll know,
Receive the infilling of the Holy Spirit, begin
to flow.
So many times we seem so
all alone,
Jesus is with us, His Light
has shone.

Come let us reason together, we
must see,
Jesus will lift us up to be what we
must be.
His ways are not our ways, we'll
soon see,
We must have the Love of Jesus, be
set free.

Jesus said, "Are you willing to
pay the
Price to follow Me?"  He said, "Have faith
in Me!"
By His shed Blood on Calvary's tree, we
are free,
Can't you see, He knows, He said, "Believe
 in Me."

The Lord said, "Come let us
reason together,"
We'll be with Him in eternity forever
and ever.
Let us go to the mountain of
the Lord,
Commune with him and he will
lead us.

VI.
To Earthward
by Robert  Frost

Love at the lips was touch
As sweet as I could bear;
And once that seemed too much;
I lived on air

That crossed me from sweet things,
The flow of - was it musk
From hidden grapevine springs
Down hill at dusk?

I had the swirl and ache
From sprays of honeysuckle
That when they're gathered shake
Dew on the knuckle.

I craved strong sweets, but those
Seemed strong when I was young;
The petal of the rose
It was that stung.

Now no joy but lacks salt
That is not dashed with pain
And weariness and fault;
I crave the stain

Of tears, the aftermark
Of almost too much love,
The sweet of bitter bark
And burning clove.

When stiff and sore and scarred
I take away my hand
From leaning on it hard
In grass and sand,

The hurt is not enough:
I long for weight and strength
To feel the earth as rough
To all my length.

VII.
My Vowles
One million kisses
All over your body
What can I say your a hottie

Your loving heart
Your words so sweet
Hearing your voice,
Is my favorite treat

Whenever your hurt
I feel the pain
Whatever you think
I think the same

As long as you live
I live on 2
No matter the furture
I stay loyal 2 you.

VIII.
To lose Thee
by Emily  Dickinson

To lose thee, sweeter than to gain
All other hearts I knew.
?Tis true the drought is destitute
But, then, I had the dew!

The Caspian has its realms of sand,
Its other realm of sea.
Without this sterile perquisite
No Caspian could be.

IX.
No Comparison
A look is not the same
If I'm not looking at u
A touch is not a touch
Unless it's touching u

A hug can't be a hug
Unless I'm in your arms
A kiss won't be a kiss
Unless my lips are touching yours

A care can never be so tender
Unless those hands belong 2 u
Making love can't be so sweet
Unless it's between us.

X.
Reluctance
by Robert  Frost

Out through the fields and the woods
And over the walls I have wended;
I have climbed the hills of view
And looked at the world, and descended;
I have come by the highway home,
And lo, it is ended.

The leaves are all dead on the ground,
Save those that the oak is keeping
To ravel them one by one
And let them go scraping and creeping
Out over the crusted snow,
When others are sleeping.

And the dead leaves lie huddled and still,
No longer blown hither and thither;
The last lone aster is gone;
The flowers of the witch hazel wither;
The heart is still aching to seek,
But the feet question "Whither?"

Ah, when to the heart of man
Was it ever less than a treason
To go with the drift of things,
To yield with a grace to reason,
And bow and accept the end
Of a love or a season
?
