Winter Session Registration
REGISTRATION:
Registration begins October 6 and runs until December 17.
METHODS OF REGISTRATION:
By Phone: You may register by calling (207) 780-5617 or TTY# 207-780-5646 , using a credit/debit card for payment.
In Person: Students may register at the Winter Session office, 101 Payson Smith Hall; Advising Services Center, 119 Payson Smith Hall, Portland; or the Registrar office, Corthell Hall, Gorham during regular business hours.
ADVISING:
Academic Advising for students with declared majors is available by contacting specific academic departments. Academic advising for undeclared or non-matriculated (special) students is available through Advising Services in Payson Smith Hall on the Portland campus. This center provides academic advising to assist students in interpreting University curricula requirements and making decisions regarding an appropriate selection of courses.

COURSE CANCELLATION:
The University reserves the right to cancel courses in the case of low enrollment or lack of qualified instructor
FAILURE TO WITHDRAW:
Failure to submit notice of withdrawal may result in a failing grade and a financial liability. Discussion with faculty members is not proper notification of a withdrawal. In the case of a student withdrawal after the automatic grade "W" period, the student will receive a grade designation to be determined by the instructor.
