Healthy USM is the University’s employee wellness program. Our home of operation is with the Lifeline Center for Wellness and Health Promotion, located in the Sullivan Complex on the Portland campus. Our Program offers USM employees, dependents, and retirees health education programs and services.

The mission of Healthy USM is to educate, support, and empower members of the USM community to improve and maintain overall health and well-being through positive lifestyle choices.
