Carolyn Cutting is the School Certifying Official (SCO) for USM. She works in the Registrar's Office and certifies your courses to the VA. Any Requests for Certification go directly to her. She can also answer many VA benefit questions and assist students applying for those benefits. A veteran herself, Carolyn is familiar with the language and culture of military life and eager to serve military students.
