Anonymous On-Line Screenings
We now offer anonymous on line screenings for Alcohol, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, or Eating Disorders. SMH On line Screening Program is a system that provides a quick and simple way to screen yourself with complete anonymity. Once on the site you will need to type the key word "Husky". You will then have the ability to choose what type of screening you would like to complete.
