The mission of University Health and Counseling Services (UHCS) is to promote, maintain and improve the health and well being of the University of Southern Maine (USM) community. UHCS provides clinical services, education, training, service education, multicultural expertise and preventative health care outreach which support USM’s core priorities of building community, commitment to diversity and strengthening student success.
