We are very thankful for the cooperation and hard work we receive from our friends and partners in the St. Paul/ Pribiloff Island area of Alaska. The samples from animal specimens provided by the hunters and workers there are extremely helpful to our efforts to understand what is happening to the Steller Sea Lions. We are pleased to be able to share our results and efforts with you as we obtain them. It is one way that we hope to be able to give back to and support your community there. These results are not ready for general distribution as they are still preliminary and in development. Thus, it is important that they be kept private between the Wise Laboratory and the St. Paul Pribiloff Community until the studies are complete.
