SCANNING SERVICES
Technical Support Provided for USM Faculty and Staff
The Office of Academic Assessment provides scanning services for faculty
and staff at USM who
use scanning forms (bubble sheets) for examinations, surveys, and evaluations.
PLEASE NOTE:
During the summer 2008, the scanning software was changed and updated. In order for you to receive an accurate output report, all scanning procedures/forms outlined below must be completed accurately. Please adhere to the following policies.
