ETEP and TEAMS Completer Update Form

The Teacher Education Department periodically updates its database of program completers for accreditation purposes. We request that you confirm or update your address, telephone number and e-mail address. We are also interested to know what our program completers are doing, and would appreciate a short description of your employment and other activities you would like to share with us.
