"Going beyond where Michael Chekhov left off."
This intensive two-weekends workshop explores the Energize technique, a new holistic tool for actors and performers. This method, developed in the book A BALANCING ACT, by F. Emmanuelle Chaulet, will give you a totally new approach to acting, increasing your creativity, allowing you to focus and balance, while regenerating your spirit. It will also help you get into and out of character with ease and power, while deepening your character work. Prerequisite: THE 102F or prior acting experience.

- Discover the anatomy of your energetic system (chakras, aura, flower of life, and much more)
- Deepen the connection with your character
- Crack the blocks in your way to perform at your highest potential
- Learn post-performance closure techniques
- Regenerate, rejuvenate, refill, and rebalance
- Reach higher levels of creativity and expression with meditation
