The course will focus on Apple Computer's iLife Suite as a tool for enhancing instruction that focuses on or includes music. Extensive use of iTunes, iMovie, and iDVD will help teachers become comfortable with technology. Participants will develop curricula and lesson plans that will be immediately applicable in classroom and rehearsal settings. Students are invited to bring their Apple laptops, but the class will take place in a computer lab with workstations available for everyone. Only a very basic knowledge of
computers is necessary for successful participation. This course may be repeated for credit.
