Summer session 2013 - Registration begins 5/6/2013

Whatever your fitness goals, we've got a program or activity for you! We hope you take some time this semester to check out all that the Sullivan Complex has to offer! Register in person with payment at 104 Sullivan Recreation & Fitness Complex on the Portland Campus.  Bring your USM Photo ID card!

Indoor Walk/Jog Drop In:
Open gym time for walking/ jogging.  The main gym is 12 laps to a mile.
                Schedule: M-W-F 6am-9am
                Fee: $10 Students, $5/day public, Included with Membership

Cross Training:
This program will include cardio-vascular and anaerobic exercises, strength training, and Plyometrics! Training methods, race training and running technique tips and general fitness programs will be addressed. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

4:30pm - 5pm on the Fitball, hula hooping and general fitness program.

5pm - 6pm intermediate/advanced level Cross Training, Bootcamp-style

                Schedule: M-W-F, 4:30pm-6:00pm     
                Fee: $10 Students, $5/day public, Included with Membership

Step Aerobics:
To include: Circuit training, Step ‘n Sculpt, Step ‘n Tone, and more.
                Schedule: M-W-F, 6:15am-7:15am
                Fee: $10 Students per semester, $5/day public, Included with Membership

Latin Dance:
A fusion of Latin & International music and dance themes that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective work out system. Wear loose, comfortable clothing!

Spin It:
Group fitness workout on LeMond RevMaster Fitness Cycles bikes. Limited to 12 participants.
                Schedule: M-W , 6am-7am (2 day a week offering)
                Begins: 5/13/13 Ends: 8/30/13
                Fee: $10 students, $90 Faculty/Staff non-member, $10 public, Included with Membership

Spin It :
Group fitness workout on LeMond RevMaster Fitness Cycles bikes. Limited to 12 participants.

                Only AM during summer session/Check back August 1st

Sunday CyclExpress and Stretch:
Moderate workout that will include 30 minutes of Group fitness workout on LeMond RevMaster Fitness Cycles bikes followed by 30 minutes of core exercises, light weights and cool down stretching.
Limited to 12 participants.

Women’s Strength & Power Hour:
Cardio and interval training to maximize weight loss, strength training for bone density, core stability for toning, and flexibility for balance and joint mobility. Get all the benefits of a good balanced work-out. Modifications can be made to meet different fitness levels. Limited to 12 participants.

Sullivan Complex Yoga Class Information:
Pre-registration for yoga class offerings is a must.  If you are signing up for this program, you should be prepared to make a 12 week commitment to one class per week.
