Ongoing Fitness Activities Spring 2013

It's never too late to join a few of our ongoing Fitness Activity programs.

Drop in fee $5.00 for a day or pay the semester price for any of the following:

Step Aerobics 6:15am - 7:15am M-W-F, On the Ball Fitball 4:30pm - 5pm  M-W-F with an early warm up at 4:15pm, Bootcamp 5pm - 6pm M-W-F, or Zumba T-T 5pm - 6pm!

Still a few spaces available in the following:

Monday Gentle Yoga 12pm - 1pm or Thursday Classic Yoga 1:15pm.
