June Heggeman is originally from Standish, Maine. She began working for the University of Southern Maine in 1978, spent 24 years making room assignments for Residential Life. She attended USM, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Social Sciences. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, knitting and gardening. June also loves spending time with her family, including 5 brothers, 11 nieces and nephews, and 7 great-nieces and nephews. Ask her about her two cats, Sunshine and Shadow.
