USM uses e-Recruiting as a career network to connect employers, students and alumni.  Through USM’s free web-based recruiting platform, eRecruiting, you can effectively and efficiently manage your recruiting strategy through a variety of highly targeted communication vehicles.

Features that Benefit Your Outreach Efforts

As part of our school-endorsed recruiting programs, USM provides the platform for you to post your opportunities and search for resumes. You can:

• Link to USM to reach our students and alumni
• Search resume books – compilations of our candidates’ resumes organized by criteria such as major, class year and/or industry preference
• Create and edit USM-specific job and/or internship postings and efficiently manage applications
• View interview schedules and campus events, and register for career fairs
