installment of USM’s RtoP-based lecture and panel series. Bringing together
experts and practitioners with diverse views and experiences from the human
rights and genocide prevention world, the event will focus on the role of the
Responsibility to Protect in the prevention of one of the most heinous of
mass atrocities: genocide.
