Welcome Event Registration Form (Departments and Student Orgs)

Thanks for your interest in this year's Welcome events.  Please fill out the form below with all of the information.  Be sure to specify the events in which your department/organization would like to participate.  All participants will be provided with a 6' table, two chairs, tablecloth and sign for your table.  We ask that you do your best to be as creative and engaging with your table display.  There will be prizes for best table displays at each event...more details to come
