The cost of the program includes basic registration, course handouts, lunch each day, commencement, and closing ceremonies. A confirmation and bill/invoice will be sent (via e-mail) once your registration is processed. Payment* is due upon acceptance into the conference.

Academic Credit              $915**
Non-Credit                       $825

*A payment plan is available for a limited time for those who want the option.

** Students taking summer academic courses are also subject to the standard University of Southern Maine fee structure. For example: Students registering for one, 3-credit course in the summer would pay an additional $107.00 to the above stated costs.

Housing:

Residential Fee            $475
Once again, we have reserved a limited number of rooms at Bowdoin College. Residential students receive housing for six nights, breakfast and dinner each day, and use of all Bowdoin campus facilities. Year in and year out, we hear two things from residential students: they love the food and the comaraderie. A shuttle van will take you to and from the Stone House.

Commuter Fee            $90
Includes parking, use of Bowdoin campus facilities, as well as computer and internet access. (If you choose to make your own housing arrangements--whether you stay at a Bed & Breakfast or with friends--you must register as a commuter.)

Please note: This program requires that you choose a residential or commuter option on the application.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you decide to drop this course for any reason, the $125 application fee is non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation must be recieved in writing one month prior to the start of the program in order to recieve a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. After June 19th, participants are liable for catering and housing expenses associated with the program.
