Human Performance Laboratory
The 1,000 square foot Human Performance Laboratory, located in the connector between Hill Gymnasium and Field House, provides the sports medicine student with complete health assessment capabilities. The laboratory is furnished with the latest, state-of-the-art sports medicine equipment available including computerized oxygen uptake instrumentation, computerized electrocardiograph, an electronically controlled motorized treadmill, and an electronic bicycle ergo meter for assessment of aerobic metabolic capabilities. Other instrumentation allows for assessment of body composition, pulmonary function, energy expenditure, strength, and anaerobic and aerobic performance. This facility provides hands-on training for the clinical portion of the sports medicine degree program and is a prime academic center for the Exercise Physiology and Health Fitness majors.

- the Ice Arena - with seating for 1,000 spectators, the Ice Arena provides Maine with the state's only Olympic-sized surface.
- Warren G. Hill Gymnasium - the gym houses the University's men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball programs, and has served as host to countless NCAA, ECAC and Little East Conference post season contests.
