Fitness and Wellness Center
The 3,200 square foot Fitness and Wellness Center, located on the upper level of Hill Gymnasium, offers state-of-the-art selectorized and plate-loaded resistance equipment, an extensive line of free weights, and various types of state-of-the-art cardiovascular training equipment. This facility is utilized extensively throughout various portions of the curriculum, and serves as both a laboratory and practicum training ground for the Health Fitness major.

- the Field House - this area houses a 200 meter track, four tennis courts, and three basketball courts, as well as other facilities necessary for participation in a variety of athletic endeavors.
- the Ice Arena - with seating for 1,000 spectators, the Ice Arena provides Maine with the state's only Olympic-sized surface.
- Warren G. Hill Gymnasium - the gym houses the University's men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball programs, and has served as host to countless NCAA, ECAC and Little East Conference post season contests.
