We must have a signed copy of your confidentiality agreement and a signed statement that you have completed the MMC orientation on file!
Please review the orientation materials, print the confidentiality and the E1 agreement and turn both in to your clinical instructor on the first day of clinical--
Clinical instructors should turn in completed agreements and their own agreement to Sarah Haglund prior to the second week of clinical.
We must be in compliance with this by May of 2008.
