SMART is an outreach initiative of the University of Southern Maine (USM) School of Education and Human Development (SEHD). We aim to provide:

• Individualized assessment services
• Consultation with schools and districts related to implementation of best practices
• Professional development to support the ongoing sustainability of effective instructional practices
