Parking
Parking on campus on Saturday and Sunday should not be a problem, but can be some problem on Friday. There will be another conference going on the same weekend. It is better to use conference buses.

Audio Visual Facilities
Overhead projectors will be available in all rooms, and so will be a computer and video screen for power point presentations. Do bring a disk/cd because the equipment may not be compatible with your laptop. To be extra safe, you may want to bring a set of transparencies also.

Internet Facilities
Delegates will be able to use the computers in the computer lab located on the first floor of Luther Bonney Building but you will not be able to do any printing. Also, you will need an ID and Password that will be announced on the morning of October 3. I was told not to put the ID and Password info on a public website.

Climate
The weather at this time of the year is very beautiful and pleasant but it can get real cold some days. During the conference, the temperature is likely to be between 45 – 65 degrees F (or between 5 – 15 degrees C). Bring a light sweater and/or a light coat. Don’t expect snow at this time of the year.

The foliage this year is a bit late coming. You will have to travel about 150 miles north to see colors
