If you wish to have your paper considered for publication in the conference proceedings, PLEASE SEND THREE PRINTED COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC FILE BY EMAIL(PREFERABLY AS A WORD DOCUMENT) TO Dr SAT GUPTA BY DECEMBER 31, 2003.

Each paper will be reviewed by at least two referees. The review process will begin as soon as at least one of the authors registers for the conference.

Accepted papers will appear in special issues of one or more international journals or in specially edited book(s). Ideally, the papers should not exceed 20 typed pages and should follow format used by Journal of Statistical Planning and Inference. Only those papers that are presented at the conference will be considered for publication.
