PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Professor Artz is the director of USM’s Honors Program, although she continues to teach in – and coordinate – the sustainable business concentration within the School of Business. Her research has been published in the Journal of Public Affairs, Competition Forum, Global Competitiveness, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education , Maine Business Indicators, Marketing Letters, Journal of Marketing Communications, Advances in Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and the Annual Review of Psychology. She is the author/editor of the book 301 Great Customer Services Ideas, published by Inc.,1997. She also served as an examiner/judge with the Margaret Chase Smith Quality Award and received a NIST grant to study quality awards in Maine.
