Melissa assisted students with career development and academic advising at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia. Furthermore, she has assisted clients at federally funded employment and training programs and staffing agencies. She holds a M. Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Maine, and a State of Maine teaching certificate.
