PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Professor Houlihan has published articles in the North Atlantic Regional Business Law Review, the Journal of Real Estate Education, The North East Journal of Business Law, and the Maine Scholar, as well as in Proceedings of the Southern Regional Business Law Association and Selected Papers of the American Business Law Association. He has made numerous presentations on business law and ethics at the Academy of Legal Studies in Business throughout the country. Professor Houlihan has also spoken on business ethics before the Maine societies of insurance underwriters, and presented a co-authored work with Robert McMahon on joint manufacturing ventures before the Southern Business Law Association, which was published in its refereed proceedings.
