Room rates for 2012-2013 have been reduced to help students get the most value out of their on campus experience.

*All residential students, including those in apartments, are automatically assigned the Level 2 "University Way"10 meal plan with $300.00 meal plan dollars and 2 guest meals, or to the meal plan they chose at Room Selection. Students may change their meal plan prior to the end of the second week of classes each semester.
Meal plans are optional for residents in apartments, but MUST BE CANCELLED IN WRITING BEFORE OR DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL if the meal plan is not wanted, and must not have been used at all in order to receive a full refund. In the case of a student moving to an Upperclass Hall apartment after opening, there will be a one week grace period to cancel the meal plan for that semester. Apartment residents who use their meal plan and then cancel their plan will be subject to the meal plan refund formula outlined on the Frequently Asked Questions page.
Meal Plan Memberships and Rates - Two Levels
| Level 1 - all meal plans in this level cost $2,340.00 per semester ($4,680.00 per year) |
| Brighton Express: 14 all-you-care-to-eat meals per week, $125 meal plan dollars per semester, 2 guest meals, plus 30 bonus meals per semester - with the Brighton Express plan, you can use weekly meals in Gorham or Portland (Brooks Student Center or in Woodbury Campus Center) |
| Campus Delight: 16 all-you-care-to-eat meals per week, $175 meal plan dollars per semester, plus 2 guest meals per semester |
| College Feast: 19 all-you-care-to-eat meals per week, $50 meal plan dollars per semester, plus 2 guest meals |
| Level 2 - all meal plans in this level cost $2,154.50 per semester ($4,309.00 per year) |
| Forest Dash: 6 all-you-care-to-eat meals per week, $360 meal plan dollars per semester, 2 guest meals, plus 30 bonus meals per semester - with the Forest Dash plan, you can use weekly meals in Gorham or Portland (Brooks Student Center or in Woodbury Campus Center) |
| Hurried Husky: 6 all-you-care-to-eat meals per week, $475 meal plan dollars per semester, plus 2 guest meals |
