The Residence Hall Association

The Voice of USM Residents

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is an organization that is open to all USM Residential Students. Meetings are held every week to discuss the issues the affect USM and it's residents. RHA hosts the Semi-Formal in the Spring semester and donates all of the proceeds to a local charity. RHA also works to support the programming efforts of the hall councils and other residential student groups.
