MATRICULATION - refers to the formal process of entering the University, by applying
and being accepted.
Advanced Registration: is for current matriculated students only and will begin March 17 on People Soft. Keep an eye out for email from " MaineStreet Updates".
Non-Degree (not matriculated (Open registration) Registration is for anyone who has not applied to the university and would like to take a course to fullfill other requirements, enrichment, preparation for matriculation, or transfering credit to another school, begins August 25.
Non-Degree Graduate (not
matriculated) A new provision allows non-matriculated students to register for graduate courses beginning on April 28.

MaineStreet PeopleSoft: You will be able to register, look for courses, change address, view grades, check account balances and make payment, check course schedule and many other functions.
(Not all functions will be available in MaineStreet, PeopleSoft, please continue to use WebDSIS.)
USM uses a web-based Distributed Student Information System (WebDSIS) that provides access to your student account information.
