Lost or Stolen PCard
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Purchasing Card (PCard)
- If a Visa purchasing card is lost, stolen or damaged, the Cardholder must notify JPMorgan Chase immediately at 1-800-VISA-911. Cardholders need to have their account number and security code (MaineStreet id) ready when calling.
- Cardholders must notify the Program Administrator if their card is lost, stolen, or damaged within 24 hours after reporting the incident to JPMorgan Chase.
- After the above mentioned notification procedures have been completed, a new PCard will be issued to the Cardholder by the Program Administrator.
- A PCard that is found after is has been reported lost or stolen must be destroyed by cutting it in half. The same procedure applies if a card is damaged. Both card halves must be forwarded to the Program Administrator.
