USM's Copier Program

The OCE Imagistics/University of Southern Maine cost-per-copy program is a 5 year contract beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2015. The click rate of $.022 per printed copy includes toner, staples, scanning, faxing, networking, training and insurance. Color copiers are available with a click rate of $.04 for color clicks and $.005 for black/white. Color copies also have a monthly rental fee as well, depending on the model needed. The copier ID is very important when calling for service or supplies. It is also needed if you want to change any features or information for your copier.
