  1. Fetishism
  2. Sexual attraction and fantasies involving nonliving objects such as female undergarments
  3. Transvestic Fetishism
  4. Intense sexual arousal by cross-dressing. (According to DSM-IV, most men who practice cross-dressing are heterosexual in their orientation, Doctor & Price (1997) reported 60% married, 83% of wives aware, 28% completely accepting, 19% completely antagonistic)
  5. Exhibitionism
  6. Urges, acts, or fantasies involving exposure of genitals to a stranger
  7. Voyeurism
  8. Urges, acts, or fantasies involving observation of an unsuspecting person disrobing or engaging in sexual behavior
  9. Frotteurism
  10. Urges, acts, or fantasies involving touching or rubbing against a nonconsenting person
  11. Pedophilia (not eqivalent to child molestation)
  12. Urges, acts, or fantasies involving sexual contact with a prepubescent child
  13. Sexual Sadism
  14. Sexually arousing urges, acts, or fantasies associated with inflicting physical or psychological suffering
  15. Sexual Masochism
  16. Sexual urges, acts, or fantasies associated with being humiliated, bound, or made to suffer
