Appeal A Parking Violation

You may now submit your Motor Vehicle Violation appeal on-line. Appeal response will be based on the University of Southern Maine Motor Vehicle Rules and Regulations as published on-line in The Guide to Parking At USM webpage. Appeals must be received within 10 days of receipt of the violation.

Appeals shall be reviewed by the Parking Services Supervisor or Parking Coordinator. Replies to appeals shall be returned via email or postal mail as requested.

All information on the form must be filled out entirely for your appeal to be considered. If you wish to send in supporting information such as Doctor's notes, photocopies of handicap placards, receipts, etc.  you may do so to: USM Parking and Transportation, 37 College Avenue, Gorham ME 04038

USM Parking and Transportation Services will render its decision on your appeal within 10 days of receipt. Should your appeal be declined, you will be sent via postal mail a secondary appeal form. This form will be reviewed by the Manager of Parking and Transportation Services.
