1) Outline effective communications/dispatch in domestic/dating violence cases

2) Identify factors for victim and officer safety

3) identify ways to preserve 911 call and use to successfully prosecute offender post- Crawford

4) identify signs of strangulation victims

5) identify stalking tactics

6) Technoloy and its role in DV and stalking incidents

7) identify elements that make a Protection Order valid and due full faith and credit

8) update on Risk Assessment and bail commissioner issues

9) information on USM Safe Campus protocols/resources (for both USM Dispatch and of interest to other towns where students live)
