PhD In Public Policy

The Ph.D. in Public Policy with a concentration in educational leadership and policy is a 45-credit program designed for working professionals with experience and interest in educational leadership who wish to attain a doctorate. A new partnership between the Edmund S. Muskie School of Public Service and the School of Education and Human Development under the College of Management and Human Service, this unique program is a cross-collaboration of program and faculty expertise.
