The School of Education and Human Development is proud to host two faculty from Jiang-xi University of Science and Technology’s Chinese Language Center. While they are here they will offer the following programs through SEHD’s Professional Development Center, October - December.

Hosted by the USM School of Education and Human Development Advisory Council, the two-hour event includes a keynote address by education expert and author Bea McGarvey, virtual tour of school districts in action using customized learning, a question and answer session, and a book signing after the presentation. The Professional Development Center is now offering an RTI Certificate program at University Colleges and Centers. This cohort will meet the requirements for the certificate of graduate study in Response to Intervention: Behavior with the option to participate in coursework to complete the certificate of graduate study in Response to Intervention: Academic.
