Scholarships

We have a limited number of scholarships available for the 16th Annual Education Law Conference.
  • FOR MEMBERS OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CENTER, NH LGC – full scholarships for members.

The Local Government Center (LGC) is pleased to be able to provide scholarships to cover registration fees for all LGC Property-Liability (PLT) and Workers' Compensatin (WC) program members. The objective of the scholarships is to promote awareness, knowledge, and discussion of current legal issues facing schools in New Hampshire. To apply for the scholarships, simply check the "New Hampsire Local Government Center, full scholarship" line of the registration form and send it in. LGC will be billed directly for your registration fees. The scholarships are available to cover one, two, or three days of the program and/or the Thursday technology strand.   • NH PENDING- WE ARE WAITING TO HEAR IF GRANT TO THE CONFERENCE IS CONFIRMED, if SO, FOR OTHER NH EDUCATORS

— ½ scholarships made possible through the NH Department of Education. These scholarships are available on a first come first served basis for 1, 2, or 3 days of the Conference and/or the post-conference sessions. To receive, check the NH Educator box on you registration form and include payment or purchase order for the other half. {We will post a notice and let individual applicants know as the limit is reached.}

  • MAINE – We are sorry that Maine was not able to provide support to the conference this year.
  • WINGSPREAD — we have a grant from the University of Phoenix Foundation to facilitate bringing Wingspread teams to the Conference. Details will be forthcoming shortly.
  • CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP—to try to make up for some of the loss of funds from our prior state supporters, the conference is offering a 3 for 2 rate for those attending any given day(s). For each pair of attendees from your district/organization, you may register a third a no cost.
