Fringe Benefits Rates  
The University negotiates Fringe Benefit Rates annually with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Currently, we have two rates: one for non-faculty temporary employees, and one or all other employees.

Negotiated on a multi-year basis, the University has three rates. OSP can help you determine the appropriate rate for your project and what your sponsor will allow.
