Grant from Doris Buffett's Learning by Giving Foundation

The "Thoughtful Giving: Philanthropy and American Culture" course taught by Dorothy Schwartz and Adam Tuchinsky received an award from the Learning by Giving Foundation which will allow students a unique opportunity to learn about various aspects of American culture, probe, define, and expand their own ethics, and act upon them in a collaborative and experiential way. In the course of one semester, this class will telescope the philanthropic process.
