New Office Hours for ORIO Staff at LAC

We are pleased to announce that staff from the Office of Research Integrity and Outreach (ORIO) will be available the second Thursday of each month, beginning Thursday, January 12, 2011 from 10 am to 4 p.m. to answer questions and provide assistance to faculty, staff and students at the Lewiston-Auburn College.

Staff are available to answer general questions, including inquiries regarding whether a planned activity may constitute research with human subjects, or in the case of student activities, may otherwise require review by the ORIO. Assistance is also available in completing application forms to be submitted to the ORIO and/or the IRB.

Staff will be available in room 136 in the Administration suite at LAC. You may contact Casey Webster in advance to make an appointment or drop-in. If you would like to meet with someone and you are unable to meet during these times alternate arrangements can be made. The ORIO staff are available on an ongoing basis to provide class presentations to students who may be submitting projects to the ORIO and/or IRB.
