Currently, the ORC is in the process of updating USM's Investigator Guidelines. The current online version should be considered for guidance only. The Institutional Review Board and the Office of Research Compliance wants you to know that it is USM's policy that students should not be submitting protocols for Full Board Review. All students should be submitting protocols that meet the exemption criteria. Submissions received by students for Full Board Review will be returned to their professors unread.
